X Service Resumed After Half an Hour Break: Users Faced Issues Refreshing Feeds, App Users Reported the Most Problems

According to DownDetector, numerous users in India experienced difficulties accessing X and refreshing feeds on both web and app versions. 

DownDetector.in, a platform that tracks real-time outages of websites and online services, reported that the most affected cities were Delhi, Kolkata, Nagpur, Cuttack, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai. Additionally, outages were also reported in cities like Patna, Lucknow, and Jaipur.

People reported the most problems after 8:24 am.

70% of Users Face Issues Due to App Connection

According to DownDetector, around 70% of users are facing issues with the app. Meanwhile, 27% are experiencing problems accessing the web, and approximately 3% have reported server connection issues.

According to Statista, X has approximately 330 million users globally, with 95 million in the United States and 27 million in India. Around 500 million posts are made daily on the platform.
