AI Summit 2023 Kickstarts in Delhi: 28 Nations, 150+ Startups Join; PM Extends Invitation
India is set to host the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI) Summit 2023, focusing on technology. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the event at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi on December 14, starting at 5 PM.
PM Modi has extended an invitation to the public for the GPAI Summit-2023 program. In a LinkedIn post, he stated, “I invite you all to a captivating event that explores progress in AI and innovation.”
Over 150 Startups Showcasing Their Products
The AI summit includes participation from around 28 countries worldwide. Approximately 150 speakers will share their insights on AI. More than 150 AI startups will participate in the event, showcasing their AI products. Additionally, there will be over 30 technology sessions.
India Has Made Significant Strides in Technology in The Last 9-10 Years.
PM Modi shared in a LinkedIn post, “We are living in a remarkably interesting time, where innovation has transformed reality even beyond what one could have imagined. In this era of progress, Artificial Intelligence is a field that has rapidly expanded its reach. This revolutionary technology is now in the hands of a new generation, making them prosperous.”
He further stated, “In the last 9-10 years, India and its citizens have made a significant leap with the help of technology. It is not an exaggeration to say that India has not only gained in the field of innovation but has also set an example for other countries to follow. All of this has been possible not just through Digital India but also due to internet connectivity and mobile penetration in Digital India.
