Nissan Magnite Geza Special Edition Launched at ₹9.84 Lakh: Turbo-Petrol Engine, CVT Automatic
Nissan India Motors has launched the special edition of its popular sub-4 meter SUV, the Magnite Giza Special Edition. The company has introduced the new Magnite Giza Edition with a turbo-petrol engine and CVT automatic transmission. It is priced at 9.84 lakh rupees (ex-showroom). This special edition version is available for booking on the occasion of completing one year of Nissan Magnite.
Inspiration and Colors of Magnite Giza Edition
According to the company’s statement, the Magnite Giza Edition is inspired by Japanese theater and its expressive music. The Magnite Giza Edition is offered in five colors, including Flare Garnet Red, Storm White, Sandstone Brown, and Onyx Black. In the Indian market, Nissan Magnite competes with Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon, and Mahindra.
Nissan Magnite Giza Edition: Engine and Transmission
Last year, the Magnite’s Giza Edition was introduced with a 1-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, but now the Nissan Magnite Special Edition comes only with a 1-liter turbo-petrol engine paired with a CVT transmission. This engine generates a power of 100PS and a torque of 152NM.
Variants and Features
In addition to that, the other variants of Magnite also come with a 1-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine that generates 72PS power and 96NM torque. For transmission, this engine has the option of a 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox.
What’s New in Magnite Giza Edition?
In the standard variant’s specifications, the company has added many new features in the Nissan Magnite Giza Edition. These include a 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto, JBL speakers, ambient lighting with app-based controls, rear camera, premium upholstery (optional), and shark-fin antenna.
Additionally, the new Magnite Giza Edition offers many more safety features such as traction control, hill start assist, steering active learning, and vehicle dynamic control for enhanced vehicle safety.
