Electric Cars Are Our Priority: Bhargava After the recently held 43rd AGM of Maruti Suzuki, the company’s Chairman, RC Bhargava, stated, “By 2030, Maruti Suzuki’s lineup will include six electric cars, although we do not intend to convert our entire series of cars to electric.”
The Country Needs Affordable and Small Cars He emphasized that electric cars are a priority for Maruti Suzuki, and the first car in this segment will go into production in a few months. Bhargava stated, “Any decline in demand for small cars will not lead to a change in our strategy. Affordable and small cars are a necessity for our country.”
Strengthening Sales Service Network in Rural Areas He added, “We believe that affordable small cars are essential for our economic and social conditions. A temporary decline in demand will not change our strategy. We are confident that the rural market will revive, and many scooterists will want to upgrade to small cars. We are strengthening our sales service network in rural areas.
