On the evening in question, at approximately 9 o’clock, Mr. Parmar was at his residence. It was at this point that he received a distress call from his friend, Diptesh Ratadia. The phone call relayed troubling news, stating that an unidentified motorcyclist had collided with Mr. Ratadia’s mother and caused an accident in the vicinity of Rajanand Society.

In response to this urgent call for assistance, Mr. Parmar promptly made his way to Rajanand Society, aiming to assess the situation and offer support to his distressed friend. The incident, involving an unknown biker and its consequences, raises questions about road safety and the need for swift response in times of accidents or emergencies.

On that fateful evening, as Kirit Kalidas Parmar was sitting on a lorry, enjoying a meal of vadapav, he found himself in conversation with the individual responsible for the accident. Mr. Parmar inquired, “Did your motorcycle collide with my friend’s mother?” To this, the individual candidly admitted, “Yes, I was involved in the accident, and I am willing to accompany you to the hospital for her care.”

At this crucial juncture, Mr. Parmar’s friend, Diptesh, was also present, and he made the decision to decline the offer to transport the individual to the hospital. Instead, Mr. Parmar, along with Diptesh, took it upon themselves to ensure that the injured mother received the necessary assistance, opting to take her home.

Approximately an hour later, Mr. Parmar found himself back at the gate of his residential society, located near the intersection of three roads. Seated on the lorry, he resumed his meal of vadapav.
