Horrific Accident in Rajasthan Claims Lives of 5 from Dahod Family; 1 Woman Injured After Car Loses Control Due to Tire Blowout
On Thursday morning, a devastating accident struck a Gujarat-based family in Rajasthan’s Sirohi district. The family, originally from Rajasthan but residing in Limkheda, Dahod for the past 40 years, was traveling from Dahod back to their native place. Unfortunately, they became victims of a severe road accident. The crash resulted in the death of five people at the scene, all of whom were in the car. Another woman suffered serious injuries.
Locals, with the help of the police, managed to rescue all the passengers from the wreckage and rushed them to the district hospital.
The tragic incident occurred between the Sarveshwar Bridge and Sarveshwar Temple in Sirohi. According to the police investigation, the car’s front tire suddenly burst, causing the vehicle to lose control, cross the divider, and fall into a roadside drain.
Family Residing in Dahod for 40 Years Suffers Tragic Loss
The family involved in the accident originally hailed from Phalodi, Rajasthan. However, they had been living in Limkheda, Dahod district, for the past 40 years. The victims included Pratap (53), son of Kanti Lal Bhati; Ramuram (50), son of Premram Bhati; Usha (50), wife of Pratap Bhati; Pushpa (25), wife of Jagdish Bhati; and Ashu, an 11-month-old son of Jagdish Bhati. Meanwhile, Ramesh Bhati’s wife, Sharda (50), sustained injuries in the accident.
District Officials Reach Accident Site to Express Condolences
Upon receiving news of the accident, District Collector Alpa Chaudhary, SP Anil Kumar Beniwal, Tehsildar Jagdish Bishnoi, CO Mukesh Chaudhary, and Police Station Officer Kailash Dan arrived at the scene. They expressed their condolences regarding the tragic incident.
