Tragic Death of Four Children from One Family: Kids Lock Themselves Inside a Car While Playing in Amreli, Resulting in Suffocation
In the village of Randiya, Amreli taluka, four children tragically lost their lives after getting locked inside a car. While playing, the children managed to unlock the car with a key and climbed inside.
Unfortunately, the car then became locked, and the doors could not be opened. This led to the suffocation of all four children. Their parents had gone to work in another area, and this incident occurred in their absence.
Four children from a migrant family in Madhya Pradesh have tragically died. The incident involved two daughters and two sons from the same family, leading to an atmosphere of grief within the household. The Amreli taluka police station has registered a case of accidental death following this tragic event.
Statement from DySP Regarding the Incident
In response to the tragic incident, DySP Chirag Desai stated that Sobhiabhai Machhar from Madhya Pradesh has seven children and was working as a farm laborer in Bhatarbhai Mandani’s field in Randiya village, Amreli taluka.
On the 2nd and Saturday of the month, Sobhiabhai and his wife were engaged in farm work while their children were at home. During this time, four of their children unlocked the owner’s i20 car with a key and went inside to play. Unfortunately, the car then got locked.
When their parents returned home from work in the evening, they learned that their four children—two daughters named Sunita and Savitri, aged seven and four, and two sons named Karthik and Vishnu, aged two and five—had died due to suffocation inside the locked car. The taluka police are currently investigating the case.
