The accident resulted in the deaths of three individuals, while one person sustained injuries and was taken to Sola Civil Hospital for treatment. A car carrying alcohol collided with another vehicle, leading to the deaths of one person in the alcohol-laden car and two individuals in the other car. Death of a Real Estate Businessman
Manish Bhatt, originally from Viramgam, was a real estate businessman. Recently, he had been residing at his home in Sabarmati. He had gone out early in the morning for work when a speeding Fortuner car collided with his vehicle while taking a U-turn. Manish Bhatt and Ajit Kathi, who were in the Thar vehicle, both died in the accident.
Accident Involving Bootlegger’s Car Near Bopal
An incident early this morning at 5 AM near the Rajpath Club turn on the road from Vakil Saheb Bridge towards Rajpath Club in Ahmedabad has resulted in the deaths of three people due to a bootlegger’s car. The Fortuner, filled with alcohol, was coming from Vaishnodevi towards Bopal when it collided with a Thar taking a U-turn near Rajpath Club. The impact was so severe that the Thar was thrown 150 feet away, resulting in the deaths of two people inside it. The Fortuner, which was dragged 300 meters away and filled with alcohol, also resulted in the death of one person inside it.
Police Response at the Scene
During the accident, a truck passing by the highway lost balance and went into a ditch. Currently, the traffic police and other authorities are investigating the scene. The injured person has been taken to Sola Civil Hospital for treatment. Senior officials have arrived at the location, and the incident falls under the jurisdiction of Sarkhej Police Station.
Fire Brigade Team Conducts Rescue Operation
Early in the morning, a serious accident occurred between a Fortuner and a Thar, resulting in the deaths of three people. Another individual was severely injured and has been taken to Civil Hospital for treatment. The collision was so severe that the Ahmedabad Fire Brigade had to be called in to extricate one of the bodies from the Fortuner. The fire brigade’s rescue team arrived at the scene and used cutting tools to remove the body from the wreckage of the Fortuner. Both vehicles were severely damaged, with the Fortuner being thrown into the air due to the impact.
