Make ‘Sanatan Dharma Certificate’ Mandatory for the Purity of Offerings, Demands Prominent Leader
Amid the ongoing laddu controversy at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan stated that there is a need for ‘Sanatan Dharma Certification’ to maintain the purity of offerings in temples across the country.
Speaking at a public meeting in Tirupati, Kalyan emphasized the necessity of opposing organizations and individuals attempting to spread hatred against Sanatan Dharma.
Pawan Kalyan: ‘Sanatan Certificate Necessary for Purity’
It is worth noting that the political atmosphere has intensified following claims of contamination in the Tirupati Balaji laddu prasadam. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu referenced a report stating that during the previous Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy government, cow fat ghee was used in the preparation of prasadam at the Tirupati temple.
In response, Pawan Kalyan asserted that a Sanatan Certificate is necessary to ensure the purity of the ingredients used in prasadam.
Kalyan Advocates for a Strong Board for Sanatan Dharma
Pawan Kalyan emphasized the need to establish a ‘Sanatan Dharma Protection Board’ at both the state and national levels. He also suggested that funding for the board should be presented annually.
Kalyan stressed the importance of having a robust board that can curb activities detrimental to the beliefs of Sanatan Dharma. In the ‘Varahi’ declaration, he stated that individuals who spread hatred against Sanatan Dharma should not receive any support.
Kalyan Launches Attack on Rahul Gandhi
While discussing the protection of Sanatan Dharma, Pawan Kalyan criticized the Congress party. He stated that we must protect our own religion and traditions. Targeting Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, Kalyan remarked that Gandhi claimed the Ayodhya event was merely a gathering for singing and dancing.
He accused Gandhi of attacking Hindus and then asking for their votes. Kalyan questioned how one could dare speak against Lord Ram while expressing hatred towards Modi.
