Fire at Ahmedabad IT Firm: 4 Fire Engines Deployed, Office Evacuation in Minutes

A fire broke out this morning in the server room of an IT company located in the C Block of the Ananta Abode and Space complex near Jagatpur in Ahmedabad. Four fire brigade vehicles rushed to the scene immediately. Staff present in the company was evacuated promptly. Fortunately, there were no casualties reported. The fire brigade managed to bring the fire under control and carried out the process of extinguishing the blaze. Three hospitals within the complex also evacuated patients promptly.

Fire Brigade Team Takes Control

As per information received from the Ahmedabad Fire Brigade control room, a message was received regarding a fire at a complex near Jagatpur Char Rasta in the city. Four fire brigade vehicles were dispatched to the scene of the incident. When the fire brigade team arrived at the scene, they found that a fire had broken out in the server room of the IT company. Consequently, the fire brigade team promptly took action to extinguish the fire. Additionally, two to three hospitals within the complex were also evacuated as a precautionary measure.

No Casualties Reported

Mr. Aniruddhsinh Gadvi, the officer at Chandkheda Fire Station, and Mr. Apurv Patel were immediately dispatched to the scene. Information about the fire-fighting system of the complex was conveyed to the people present there through a video call. Consequently, the fire was swiftly brought under control with the help of the fire-fighting system in the complex. The fire in the AC unit and server room of the IT company was quickly brought under control. Hence, no casualties were reported. People working in the offices within the complex were evacuated promptly.
