When locals caught the driver, he was heavily intoxicated and staggering. The police have apprehended the driver and are conducting further investigations.

Second Drunk Driving Accident in Eight Days
Ahmedabad has witnessed a disturbing trend of drunk driving accidents within a short span. Seven days ago, on the Bopal-Ambli road, a man named Ripple Panchal caused an accident while intoxicated, damaging seven to eight vehicles. Fortunately, there were no fatalities. However, within days, the Naroda-Dehgam Road incident has claimed two innocent lives, raising serious concerns about police enforcement and public safety measures.
