Allegations Against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal: Former Chairperson of AAP and Delhi Women’s Commission Swati Maliwal Accuses
On Monday, Swati Maliwal, former chairperson of AAP and Delhi Women’s Commission, leveled allegations that “Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s PS Vibhav Kumar assaulted her at the CM House.”
According to news agency ANI, “Maliwal called the PCR around 9:30 am in the morning from the CM House. After the call, the Delhi Police reached the CM House situated in Civil Lines.”
Delhi Police’s Statement Regarding the Incident at CM House
The Delhi Police stated, “Madam MP came to the police station, provided information, but left from there after discussing the matter.”
DCP (North) Manoj Meena stated, “Around 9:34 am, a PCR call was received at Civil Lines Police Station, in which a woman alleged that she was assaulted at the CM House. Shortly after, MP Madam arrived at the police station, but they left after the complaint was noted.”
Police stated, “The caller identified herself as Swati Maliwal, AAP Rajya Sabha MP. The woman caller claimed that the Chief Minister’s PS Vibhav Kumar was assaulting her. The call was made from the CM House. Two PCR calls were received on this matter. Subsequently, the Delhi Police reached the CM House. However, Swati was not present at the scene when the police arrived.”

BJP Spokesperson Says “AAP is Corrupt”
In response to this incident, BJP spokesperson Shazia Ilmi has labeled the AAP MP’s PA as “evil”. She stated that she knows everything about AAP, as she was once a member of the party. Ilmi claimed that there is corruption within AAP, and she knows all about it because she was previously associated with the party.
On Monday, Ilmi mentioned in a viral video that this incident is not the first of its kind. She added that in 2018, a similar assault had occurred at the CM’s residence involving former Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash. Kejriwal had denied these allegations at the time, but chargesheets were filed against him by two MLAs.
Amit Malviya, head of BJP’s IT cell, alleged on Monday that AAP MP Swati Maliwal was attacked by CM Kejriwal’s PA Vibhav Kumar. This incident took place at the CM’s residence, but no formal report has been filed with the authorities.
