The British pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca, known as Covishield in India, has been acknowledged by the UK High Court for the first time that its COVID-19 vaccine could lead to severe side effects. Congress has targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on this issue.

At the Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan in Ahmedabad, Pawan Khera from Congress’s media and publicity department remarked that this is the same vaccine on which Modi’s photo was affixed. It’s the same vaccine for which the company gave 52 crore rupees to the BJP. If Modi comes, ask him why there are heart attacks with the vaccine on which his photo was there?

Every day, we witness individuals succumbing to heart attacks. Even young people are experiencing heart attacks. Whose responsibility is this? At the time when photos were being placed on certificates and 52 crore funds were being collected, no one stepped forward. 

Now, when answers are demanded regarding Covishield, there seems to be no proactive response from the government.
