Key Focus Areas for Congress in 2024 General Elections
After facing setbacks in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan, Congress is focusing on key areas for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. On December 21, the Congress Working Committee (CWC) called a meeting to discuss the strategy for the parliamentary elections. A day later, on December 22, Congress announced the formation of the manifesto committee.
The party is determined to address the challenges posed by the Modi government. Social polarization has increased significantly, and Congress aims to use it to its advantage in the upcoming elections. The resolution emphasizes the need to discuss issues related to democracy and the erosion of civil liberties. These issues need to be deliberated upon.
