An Indian Coast Guard (ICG) helicopter made an emergency landing in the Arabian Sea near Porbandar while on a mission to rescue an injured employee on an oil tanker. The incident occurred late Monday night when the helicopter, carrying four people including the pilot, crash-landed in the sea.

Coast Guard Helicopter Performing Flood-Related Operations in Gujarat Crashes
In Gujarat, the Coast Guard had deployed four ships and two aircraft for flood-related operations. The Advanced Light Helicopter of the Indian Coast Guard has so far saved 67 lives. According to a statement released by the Coast Guard, the helicopter made an emergency landing at around 11 PM.
During the search operation, debris from the helicopter was found. The crash occurred while the helicopter was en route to a ship. The Coast Guard has currently deployed four ships in the search operation. The cause of the emergency landing is not yet known, and a statement will be issued by the Coast Guard after preliminary investigations.
