CGST Raids Pride Group & One World Projects in Rajkot: Investigation on Corporate World, Pipliya Empire, Residential Sites & Data Seized

Once again, the Central GST team has conducted raids at the premises of a prominent builder in Rajkot. The Central GST team from Ahmedabad arrived in Rajkot to carry out a search operation at various projects of renowned builders, Pritesh Patel from Pride Group and One World Group. Sources reveal that the search operation is ongoing at four different projects of One World Group, as well as at the builder’s residence. 

There is a strong possibility that the investigation will uncover a significant number of benami transactions. Notably, Pritesh Patel, the builder of One World Group, is said to have good relations with BJP leaders Jayesh Radadia, Ramesh Teelala, Bharat Boghra, and RBA President Paresh Gajera.

CGST Raids at Pride Group and One World Group’s Properties

According to reports, this afternoon, various teams from the Central GST department arrived in Rajkot from Ahmedabad and began conducting raids at the premises of prominent builder groups in Rajkot. 

The raids are being carried out at different projects of Pride Group and One World Group, as well as at the builder’s residence. This operation is being supervised by the Additional Joint Commissioner of Central GST and Customs, and sources indicate that digital data has also been seized during the raids.

Possibility of Uncovering Benami Transactions in Ongoing Investigation

The CGST team has initiated investigations at multiple projects including Pride Group, Iconic World, Corporate World, Pipliya Empire, Madhuvan Villa, and Malgam Project. 

The investigation is expected to last for one to two days. Sources suggest that there is a strong possibility of uncovering a significant number of benami transactions once the investigation is complete.

The One World Project Located on 150-Foot Ring Road in the City

Today, raids were conducted at One World Group’s premises, and details about their various projects have emerged. The One World project is located near Ayodhya Chowk on the city’s 150-foot Ring Road. The Iconic World project is situated on Gondal Road, near the Toyota showroom. 

Additionally, the Pipliya Empire project is located near Pipliya Hall, close to Bhaktinagar Circle, and The Corporate World project is taking shape on the 80-foot road near Speedwell Party Plot.
