An entire system running under the guise of call centers has been exposed for duping foreign nationals and extracting their money. Now, a 350-member CBI team has conducted raids at 35 locations across Gujarat. Among these, illegal call centers operating in Ahmedabad and nearby areas were targeted. CBI Raids in Multiple Cities Including Ahmedabad

The CBI team conducted raids in Goa, Visakhapatnam, Kolkata, and Hyderabad, and as the investigation led to Ahmedabad, further raids were carried out there. Names like Mihir, Mishti, Sagar, Irfan, Hitesh, and Pritesh have emerged as suspects.

Call Center Mafias Profit in Dollars by Deceiving People

Several times before, rackets that extort money from American citizens by scaring them under the pretext of loans or credit cards have been exposed. These large call center mafias have amassed billions of rupees. Known for their lavish lifestyles, these mafias lure young people with the promise of high earnings and run call centers that exploit victims, collecting dollars through these systems.

Raids Continued Throughout the Night

According to sources, the CBI team from Delhi raided approximately 35 call centers in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas. These raids began late last night and are ongoing. Some call centers in the eastern part of Ahmedabad have also come under scrutiny. Interestingly, without notifying local police, over 350 CBI officers arrived in Ahmedabad last night and conducted raids throughout the night.

The operation is still ongoing. According to Gandhinagar officials, the CBI uncovered information about this scam involving foreign nationals, leading to the raids.
