Intense Fire Breaks Out at Ahmedabad’s Kalidas Mill Compound, One Person Injured

A fire incident occurred in the Kali Das Mill Compound in Gomtipur, Ahmedabad. The local fire brigade team, along with nine fire engines, was dispatched to the scene to control the situation. The fire brigade team worked diligently to extinguish the fire using water hoses. During their firefighting efforts, a body was discovered in the affected area of the Kali Das Mill Compound. The fire brigade team conducted an inspection at the site to bring the situation under control. The police were also informed of the incident, and they arrived at the scene for further investigation.

As per the information obtained from the fire brigade, today in the afternoon, a fire broke out in a part of the Kali Das Mill Compound in Gomtipur, Ahmedabad. The affected area contained an industrial shed, which caught fire due to the presence of plywood. The fire rapidly spread because of the combustible materials. In response to this incident, the fire brigade team, along with nine fire engines, reached the scene immediately to control the fire. They used water hoses to extinguish the fire, and during their firefighting efforts, they discovered a person inside the premises who had been critically affected by the fire. The individual was trapped inside and couldn’t escape during the blaze, which unfortunately resulted in their fatality. The incident is currently under investigation by the authorities.
