Kotak Mahindra Bank Appoints New CFO and COO in Management Reshuffle

Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced changes in its top management on Monday (February 19). Devang Ghivalla has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He will assume the responsibility of this position from April 1, 2024.

Jaimin Bhatt Elevated to CFO Position

Devang Ghivalla’s role as CFO will be succeeded by Jaimin Bhatt, who currently serves as the Group President. He will retire on March 31, 2024.

Milind Nagnur Appointed Chief Operating Officer

Following Devang Ghivalla’s tenure, Milind Nagnur has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the bank. He will take charge of this position from April 1, 2024. Milind Nagnur currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer in the bank.

Manian Appointed Joint Managing Director

KVS Manian has been appointed as the Joint Managing Director of the bank once again. He will take over this responsibility from March 1, 2024. Manian is currently a full-time director of the bank.

Shanti Ekambaram Reappointed As Deputy Managing Director

Following Manian’s appointment, Shanti Ekambaram has been reappointed as the Deputy Managing Director of the bank. She will also take over this role from March 1, 2024. Shanti Ekambaram is currently a full-time director of the bank.
