Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 E-Bike Launched at ₹2.99 Lakh: Claims 323 KM Range on Full Charge, Competes with TVS Apache RTR-310
Today, Ultraviolettete Automotive has launched the electric sport bike F77 Mach 2 in the Indian market. The Mach 2 is an updated version of the F77, which was originally launched towards the end of 2022. The EV startup based in Bengaluru has introduced several cosmetic changes along with more advanced features, increased power, and additional functionalities.
Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2: Unveiling Range, Variants, and Pricing
Ultraviolette claims that the company’s latest offering can run up to 323 kilometers on a full charge. The Mach 2 comes in two variants – Standard and Rekon – and is available in nine different color options.
The Standard variant is priced at ₹2.99 lakh, while the Rekon variant is priced at ₹3.99 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom, Bengaluru). These are introductory prices exclusively available for the first 1000 customers.
Ultraviolette Initiates Electric Bike Booking Across 15 Cities
Ultraviolette has kickstarted bookings for its electric bikes in 15 cities. Buyers can reserve their bikes by paying a token amount of ₹5000 through the official website. Deliveries are expected to commence from the upcoming months.
While there may not be a direct competitor for Ultraviolette in the electric vehicle segment, it competes indirectly with ICE sports bike segments, facing competition from models like the KTM RC 390, BMW G310 R, and TVS Apache RTR310.
Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2: Design
In terms of design, the Mach 2 retains the essence of its predecessor, the F77, but with notable upgrades such as replacing the plastic cap for the charging port with an aluminum flap.
This bike will now be available in 9 color options, including Stealth Gray, Asteroid Gray, Cosmic Black, Plasma Red, Turbo Red, Afterburner Yellow, Stellar White, Supersonic Silver, and Lightning Blue. Additionally, it features new graphics to enhance its visual appeal.
