Sleek LED Headlights Like the Elevate to Be Available
The teaser reveals the front look of the Amaze, showcasing sharp styling lines and a hexagonal grille. It features attractive LED headlights with LED DRLs on both sides, resembling those of the Honda Elevate SUV. At the same time, the fog lamps are positioned in their usual place.
Additionally, the company has not shared any information about the rear profile and interior design, but it is expected to include new alloy wheels, along with changes to the rear bumper and taillights.
6 Airbags as Standard and Possible ADAS Features
Honda has not yet revealed the cabin of the new generation Amaze, but we expect it to feature a new dashboard layout and an updated cabin theme. The Amaze may come equipped with new features such as a large touchscreen, wireless phone charger, and a single-pane sunroof.
For safety, the car is expected to include 6 airbags as standard, electronic stability control (ESC), and an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), along with a rearview camera.
Performance: Amaze Offers 18.6 kmpl Mileage
The Honda Amaze sees minimal mechanical changes. Currently, the car is equipped with a 1.2-liter i-VTEC naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 87.7 hp and generates 110 Nm of torque.
For transmission, this engine offers a choice between a 5-speed manual or a CVT gearbox. The Amaze will only be available with a petrol engine, as the company has discontinued the production of diesel engines. Honda claims that this car provides a mileage of 18.6 kmpl.
