‘New Generation Royal Enfield Classic 350’ Revealed: Bike Features LED Lighting Setup with Dual-Channel ABS Braking, Set to Rival ‘Jawa 350’

On August 12, Royal Enfield unveiled the 2024 model of the ‘New Generation Royal Enfield Classic 350.’ The updated bike is set to be launched on September 1. The new model features additional color options and updated features, though there have been no changes to the bike’s bodywork or engine.

The price of the bike’s base variant may increase by ₹2,000 to ₹3,000, while the top variant could see an increase of ₹5,000 to ₹6,000. The bike is expected to be priced between ₹1.97 lakh and ₹2.28 lakh (ex-showroom). In India, it will compete with the ‘Jawa 350‘, ‘Jawa 42‘, ‘Benelli Imperiale 400’, and ‘Honda H’ness 350.’

New Generation Classic 350 Now Features LED Lighting Setup

The New Generation Classic 350 is now available in a range of colors, including Dark Green, Jodhpur Blue, Madras Red, Medallion Brown, Commando Sand, and two-tone options like Black with Contrast Chrome and Black with Black. One of the key updates is the introduction of a new lighting setup, which includes LED units for both the headlight and the tail lamp.

The current model comes with halogen units. Additionally, the bike now features a new instrument console, a USB charging port, and other enhancements. Like other models, the new Royal Enfield Classic 350 will be available with a full range of accessories and customization options.

Royal Enfield Classic 350: Engine and Hardware

The updated Royal Enfield Classic 350 is equipped with a 349cc J-Series single-cylinder air-cooled engine that produces 20 hp at 6100 rpm and 27 Nm of peak torque at 4000 rpm. The engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox for transmission. This engine setup is also found in Royal Enfield’s Bullet 350 and Hunter 350 models.
