Mercedes-Benz Maybach EQS 680 SUV Launched in India: Dual Electric Motor, Level 2 ADAS Safety
Mercedes-Benz, the German automaker, has launched its luxury SUV, the Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680, in India. The company has set the price at ₹2.25 crore. This is a fully electric SUV that was introduced globally last year. The car’s design is similar to other EQS SUVs, featuring a large grille, connected LED headlights, and taillights, giving it a premium look.

The interior of the Mercedes-Benz EQS 680 SUV includes a 15-speaker Burmester 4D surround sound system, active ambient lighting, Nappa leather seats, powered curtains, a rear seat screen, a 360-degree camera, gesture control feature, and heated and ventilated seats for all four seats. It also offers other features including dual panoramic sunroofs. Additionally, there is an option for a rear entertainment screen and a refrigerator with champagne flute glasses.

This luxury electric SUV comes equipped with numerous advanced safety features. It includes a 360-degree camera, 11 airbags, Level-2 ADAS, ABS, EBD, and traction control, among other features. Different driving modes are also provided to enhance driving ease, including Eco, Sport, Off-Road, Individual, and Special Maybach modes.
The Car Can Reach 100 km/h in 4 Seconds
The Maybach EQS 680 is available in only one variant, equipped with a 107.8 kWh battery and dual electric motors. With this powerful setup, the all-wheel-drive SUV generates 649 bhp of power and 950 Nm of peak torque. It can travel up to 611 kilometers on a single charge and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4 seconds. With a 220 kW fast charger, it can be charged from 10% to 80% in 31 minutes.
