IndiGo Airlines will operate these non-stop flights, offering a direct and convenient travel option for devotees. The fare for this significant flight route has been set at INR 3,999, ensuring accessibility for a broad spectrum of pilgrims. The flight is estimated to take approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes for passengers traveling from Ahmedabad to Ayodhya.

In a landmark achievement, IndiGo Airlines will soon commence operating non-stop flights between Ahmedabad and Ayodhya. The first carrier to undertake this significant endeavor, IndiGo Airlines, is set to inaugurate the direct flight service from the state-of-the-art Shri Ram International Airport in Ayodhya.

The inaugural flight from Delhi to Ayodhya is scheduled for December 30, 2023. Subsequently, starting January 6, 2024, commercial operations for direct flights between Delhi and Ayodhya will kick off. Moreover, from January 11, 2024, IndiGo Airlines will introduce tri-weekly flights connecting Ahmedabad and Ayodhya. This initiative aims to facilitate convenient travel options for pilgrims and tourists, allowing them direct access to Ayodhya through its international airport.
