Sumit Nagal Triumphs at Heilbronn Neckarcup: Secures Sixth ATP Challenger Title

India’s number one tennis player, Sumit Nagal, won the men’s singles title at the Heilbronn Neckarcup 2024 ATP Challenger tennis tournament in Germany on Sunday. Ranked 95th in the men’s singles world rankings, the Indian tennis player defeated Switzerland’s Alexander Ritschard, ranked 184th, in a three-set final lasting two hours and 22 minutes with a score of 6-1, 6(5)-7(7), 6-3.

This victory marks Nagal’s sixth ATP Challenger title in his career. Earlier this year, he also won the Chennai Open title, making this his second title win of the year.
