The 17th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) can commence from March 22, with the tournament running until May 26. If the IPL final takes place on May 26, the T20 World Cup will begin just five days later. India’s first match in the World Cup is scheduled for November 5, nine days after the IPL final. This leaves very little time for players to meet and prepare for the tournament.

The T20 World Cup consists of eight rounds until now. The IPL final concluded in 20 days, with the tournament starting and Team India not making it past the group stage in three out of three attempts. India’s Outing After IPL in World Cup History
