India-West Indies Women’s Cricket Teams to Stay at 5-Star Hotel in Vadodara with Luxurious Rooms, Pool & More During 9-Day Stay

From December 22, an ODI series between India and West Indies women’s cricket teams will be held at the Kotambi International Stadium in Vadodara. Both teams will arrive at Vadodara Airport from Mumbai on the evening of December 20.

After their arrival, they will be transported to the ITC WelcomHotel, a five-star hotel, where they will stay for 9 days. The hotel will also offer a grand welcome to both teams. ITC WelcomHotel features luxurious rooms, a swimming pool, a fitness center (gym), and special arrangements for the teams’ meals.

BCA Officials to Welcome Teams at Vadodara Airport

Preparations are underway for the three-match ODI series between India and West Indies, set to be held at the newly constructed Kotambi International Stadium in Vadodara. Both teams will arrive at Vadodara Airport on the evening of December 20, where they will be welcomed by the officials of the Baroda Cricket Association (BCA). 

Afterward, the teams will head to the ITC WelcomHotel, and the following morning, they will have a net practice session at the Kotambi International Stadium.

In anticipation of the teams’ arrival at Kotambi International Stadium, tight police security will be in place. The player and match official areas will be strictly managed by the BCCI, with no access allowed for anyone other than authorized personnel. 

After their net practice session, both teams will return to the ITC WelcomHotel. The hotel features a swimming pool, a fitness center (gym), and luxurious rooms for the teams to relax and exercise. Special meal arrangements will also be made for both teams during their stay.

The Kotambi Cricket Stadium has 11 pitches prepared from both Mumbai and local soil. In addition, 25 practice pitches have been set up outside the stadium, including 4 cement pitches. The stadium has a seating capacity of over 32,000 spectators. The pitches are made from red and black soil, and the facility offers both indoor and outdoor nets for practice.
