Salman Khan’s Home Transformed into Fortress: Enhanced Y+ Security After Baba Siddique’s Murder, Police Arrive Before Actor
As Salman Khan is in deep shock following the murder of his close friend and former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique, an additional layer of security has been provided to the actor.
After a shooting incident at Salman Khan’s home in April of this year, he was given Y-plus security. Now, due to Baba Siddique’s murder and threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, another layer of security has been added to Salman Khan’s existing Y-plus protection. The Mumbai police have now tightened their surveillance on him.
Salman Khan’s Security Enhanced Following Baba Siddique’s Murder
Following the shooting at Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartment on April 14 of this year, his security was increased. However, on October 12, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang assassinated NCP leader Baba Siddique in Mumbai.
Reports suggest that Baba Siddique was targeted due to his close relationship with Salman Khan. In light of this murder, Salman Khan’s security has been further tightened. On Tuesday, his protection was upgraded to Y-plus, ensuring that a police escort will always accompany the film star during his travels.
Salman Khan Granted Y+ Category Security
Under Y+ security, Salman Khan is provided with an escort vehicle along with a private security officer who will be with him like a shadow at all times. A constable trained in the use of various weapons will also be with the actor at all times.
According to the Mumbai police, security arrangements have been tightened, especially around Salman Khan’s Panvel farmhouse. Security personnel have been deployed both inside and outside the farmhouse to ensure safety.
Enhanced Security Measures for Salman Khan During Shoots
Reports indicate that wherever Salman Khan goes for shooting, police will be stationed there in advance. The local police station will be notified about his location, and a police team will monitor the shooting site beforehand.
Additionally, security around Salman Khan’s farmhouse in Panvel, Maharashtra, has also been intensified. Extra security personnel have been deployed both inside and outside the farmhouse to ensure his safety.
Increased Security Measures Around Salman Khan’s Route to Panvel
In addition to these measures, the police have set up several checkpoints in Navi Mumbai to inspect vehicles traveling around the farmhouse. There is only one road leading to the farmhouse, which passes through a village.
In June of this year, the Mumbai police thwarted a plan by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang to attack Salman Khan near his farmhouse. The gang intended to stop Salman Khan’s car and shoot at him with an AK-47 rifle. This incident occurred two months after the shooting at his Galaxy Apartment.
Tightened Security Measures Outside Galaxy Apartment
In addition, Salman Khan’s home has now transformed into a fortress, surrounded by police on all sides. Media personnel are not permitted to shoot in this area.
However, CCTV cameras have been installed on the street side to monitor any activities outside the apartment. Additionally, police constables are deployed to secure the roads leading to Galaxy Apartment, ensuring enhanced safety for the actor.
Salman Khan Travels in Bulletproof Vehicle
Following the shooting incident at Galaxy Apartment in April, Salman Khan now travels exclusively in a bulletproof vehicle, as the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the attack. Reports indicate that wherever Salman Khan goes for shooting, security personnel will accompany him.
The local police station will be informed about his location, and a police team will monitor the shooting site in advance. Additionally, security around Salman Khan’s farmhouse has also been intensified, with extra security personnel deployed both inside and outside the farmhouse.
Lawrence Bishnoi Gang Has Threatened Salman Khan Multiple Times
The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has claimed responsibility for the murder of Baba Siddique. The gangsters allegedly stated that they targeted the NCP (Ajit Pawar) leader due to his close friendship with Salman Khan.
Over the past several years, Salman Khan has received numerous threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
Salman Khan Currently Shooting for ‘Bigg Boss 18’
These days, Salman Khan is hosting the reality TV show “Bigg Boss 18.” As he prepares to shoot the “Weekend Ka Vaar” episode, a police team will be present at the location in advance. Security around the actor will be heightened.
According to police sources, “Following recent death threats received by Salman, a significant security detail will also be accompanying him. They will be present during the shoot, as always.” Currently, there have been no changes to Salman’s schedule.
Salman Khan’s Upcoming Schedule for ‘Sikandar’ Also Being Filmed
In addition to hosting “Bigg Boss 18,” Salman Khan was also shooting for his upcoming film “Sikandar.” However, due to security concerns, the subsequent shooting schedule is being rearranged.
Baba Siddique was shot and killed outside his office in Mumbai on the night of Saturday, October 12. So far, the police have arrested four suspects in connection with this case, including the conspirators and shooters.
