Netflix’s Squid Game Reality Show: Win $4.56 Million, Premieres November 22nd
Netflix released the first season of the Korean series ‘Squid Game’ in 2021, which became a massive hit and quickly turned into a global sensation.
Now, as each eagerly awaits the next season, Netflix has shared a teaser for a reality show based on Squid Game. In this show, 456 participants will compete, and the winner will receive a prize of $4.56 million.
The Show Resembled a Set
Netflix India shared a teaser for this show on its Instagram account. The teaser reveals that many contestants were left astounded after seeing the set because it closely replicates the original show’s design.
Streaming Starts from November 22nd.
Apart from the participants, the show also features guards donning the iconic red tracksuits and masks. Besides, the contestants will engage in the same games as depicted in the original show. This show, titled ‘Squid Game: The Challenge,’ will exclusively stream on Netflix starting November 22nd.
The second season of the web series will be released next year. At the beginning of this year, the producers had announced the second season of this web series. The producers had revealed that some new players would be added in the second season. Artists like Lee Young-jae, Haeun Jung, and Yoon Hyun-joon were seen in the first season.
However, it’s not clear whether old actors will repeat their roles or not, as it hasn’t been officially announced yet. Expectations are that this season will be released in the coming year.
