Today marks the release of Sidharth Malhotra’s film ‘Yodha’. This action thriller film has a runtime of 2 hours and 13 minutes. Reviewed by the team, the film has been awarded a rating of 3 out of 5 stars.

The Storyline of the Film

The film kicks off with a gripping plane hijack sequence. Commanding officer Arun Katyal (played by Sidharth Malhotra) of the Task Force (Yodha) is also on board. Arun successfully manages to thwart the plane hijack, showcasing his prowess. However, following this incident, Arun and his colleagues face suspension.

Task Force Yodha also takes control of the hijackers. This event shatters Arun, affecting not just his professional life but also his personal one. The narrative progresses in this vein. Once again, another plane hijack occurs. 

This time, Arun Katyal is also on board. Now, he must confront the challenge of saving people once more. The storyline revolves around how he tackles this challenge. The film builds up suspense until the end, focusing on this issue.

Stellar Performances by the Star Cast

Following his impactful portrayal in “Shershaah,” Sidharth Malhotra once again shines in the role of an army officer. Audiences are sure to be impressed by Sidharth’s powerful performance. His action scenes are particularly gripping, adding depth to his character portrayal. 

Raashii Khanna delivers a sincere performance as Arun Katyal’s wife, portraying her role with gravitas.
