Court order to remove leaked clips of Shahrukh’s film ‘Jawan’
Some clips of Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film ‘Jawan’ were leaked. Now Shahrukh’s production company Red Chillies Entertainment has filed an FIR in this regard. The FIR was registered under the Information Technology Act on August 10.
The production company says, ‘leaking the clip is a violation of copyright. The leak of the clip destroys the film’s secrecy. A lot of things are hidden in the film. This is a strategy. In such a situation, releasing clips before the release affects the marketing of the film.
A Lot Can Emerge From the Leaked Clip
As per a report by Free Press Journal, the production company has filed an FIR at the Santacruz Police Station in Mumbai. The production company says that the leaked clip may give a hint of the look of the actor and the music of the film. All these things are not disclosed.
As long as the producers try not to share anything about their films before the release.
The Court Ordered the Removal of the Clip
This is not the first time when a clip of ‘Jawan‘ has been leaked. In April too, two videos related to the film came out. The first clip featured a fight sequence involving Shahrukh. The second clip was of a dance sequence, featuring Shah Rukh and Nayantara.
The Delhi High Court gave an order in this regard. The court asked social media platforms, websites, cable TV outlets and other media to remove clips from the film.
There was also talk of stopping its circulation. The court ordered several internet service providers to block access to channels that were showing content related to the film.
Mobile Phones Were Banned on Film Sets
During the shooting of ‘Jawan‘, Red Chillies Entertainment banned mobile phones and recording devices from the film sets. It was ensured that no information or footage was leaked from anywhere. However, even after this, many things related to the film came out.
