Kangana Ranaut to Open New Office in Mumbai: Purchased Space for ₹1.56 Crore; Actress Also Owns Three Flats Worth ₹16 Crore in the City

Before the release of the film ‘Emergency,’ actress Kangana Ranaut has purchased office space in Mumbai for ₹1.56 crore. The actress is set to open her new office at this location soon. Kangana already owns a home-office and a residential apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra area.

Kangana Ranaut’s New Office Located on the 19th Floor

According to media reports, Kangana Ranaut’s new property is situated on the 19th floor of the Ark One building and spans 407 square feet. The actress finalized the deal on August 23, 2024, and paid a stamp duty of ₹9.37 lakh. Additionally, she also paid a registration fee of ₹30,000.

Kangana Ranaut’s Property Holdings: ₹15 Crore Bungalow in Manali

Before running in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Kangana Ranaut declared her assets to be worth ₹91 crore. In her affidavit, she detailed her property holdings, including four commercial units in Chandigarh. 

Additionally, she owns commercial property in Mumbai and a commercial building in Manali. The actress also owns three flats in Mumbai valued at ₹16 crore and a bungalow in Manali worth ₹15 crore.

BMC Demolished Part of Kangana’s Bungalow in 2020

In a recent interview, Kangana Ranaut revealed that the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) demolished part of her bungalow in Pali Hill, Bandra, in 2020. She had previously sought compensation for this action but has now decided that she no longer wishes to pursue the claim.

‘Emergency’ Set to Release on September 6

On the work front, Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming film ‘Emergency’ is set to release on September 6. The actress not only stars in the film but has also directed it. In the film, she portrays the role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
