Elvish Yadav Assault Case: FIR Filed After Youth Allegedly Thrown to Ground and Threatened in Haryana

Elvish Yadav, the winner of ‘Big Boss OTT 2’ and a YouTuber from Gurugram, Haryana, has found himself embroiled in controversies. He has been accused of assaulting social media ex-users. CCTV footage of the entire incident has emerged. In the video, Elvish is seen beating a youth with his associates. He allegedly slapped the youth, pushed him to the ground, and hit him. The youth’s clothes were also torn, and he claims to have received death threats from Elvish Yadav. The police have registered a case against Elvish Yadav at Sector 53 Police Station in Gurugram. Sections 147, 149, 323, and 506 have been added to the case.

This dispute started a few days ago after a celebrity cricket match in Mumbai, where actors and former cricketers played against each other. Elvish Yadav was also seen playing with actors and former cricketers at this event. He also interacted with comedian and Big Boss 17 winner Munawar Faruqui. However, later Elvish accused Munawar of being deceitful.

The controversy arose when a video shared by Elvish Yadav was circulated by an ex-user on social media platforms. The video went viral, and Elvish Yadav became aware of it. When the user made fun of Elvish, he didn’t take it well. This led to a verbal altercation between them. Eventually, they decided to confront each other in Delhi. The user, who is a resident of Gurugram, traveled to Delhi via metro. Elvish Yadav also reached the location with his friends. It was there that Elvish allegedly assaulted him.

The user who got into a fight with Elvish Yadav is named Maxteren. According to X’s profile, he is a businessman involved in real estate, gaming, and content creation. He also has a passion for travel. Now, this individual has shared a video on X after the altercation with Elvish Yadav. He claims to have received threats from Elvish’s side. He stated that he confronted Elvish alone, faced off against eight people, and was beaten up afterward.

Elvish Yadav has been involved in controversies before. The YouTuber gained prominence from the reality show Big Boss. He was in Jaipur when an incident occurred at a cafe in the 22 Godown area. While leaving the cafe at night, he had a verbal altercation with a young man who was standing there. Elvish allegedly slapped the youth. The video of the incident surfaced later, where Elvish clarified that he had to retaliate because the youth had made derogatory comments about him.

After the Sunday night incident, Elvish has also released an audio clip. In it, he says he doesn’t have an inclination for fighting or raising his hand against anyone. He claims to generally focus on his work and, if someone asks for a photo, he obliges. He also mentions that the police are involved and there are commandos. He admits that if someone insults his mother or sister, he won’t hold back. He recounts an incident where he was verbally abused, and when the insults escalated, he retaliated physically. That’s his style, he says.

Rajiv Singh, the director of Town Cafe, stated that Elvish came with his team that night. He received this information directly from Elvish’s team. The team also informed him that when Elvish was seated at a table, some customers made derogatory comments that angered him, leading to the physical altercation. No formal complaints have been received from any party involved.

During the day, Elvish encountered blocked roads by his fans. Earlier on Sunday, Elvish had arrived at the Horizon Tower on JLN Road for an event. During this time, he had posted on social media inviting his fans to the event venue. In this situation, a large number of Elvish’s fans had gathered to meet him. To meet them, Elvish had to navigate through heavy traffic. As Elvish’s convoy reached the gate near the venue, he unexpectedly exited his car. Later, he ran onto the street to meet his fans. During this time, he clicked photos with his fans. The area became crowded with people.

Police had to resort to lathi-charge as Elvish arrived, before reaching the entrance gate of the Mall. A huge crowd had gathered on the road, causing long traffic jams. Subsequently, police officers used batons to disperse the crowd and clear the area. After a while, fans started chanting “Jai Shri Ram” as they retreated.

Later, Elvish went to perform and bowl. Upon arriving at the venue, he played his song “Chhora Raav Saheb Ka” on the DJ. He expressed his frustration about the delay caused by his fans. He stated, “I’m stuck in traffic, but now we’ll have some fun and bowl.” He also remarked that Jaipur is our city and traffic jams happen here. He assured the audience that the system will start functioning soon. The audience cheered as they began to interact with Elvish. He took the stage and explained to the audience that due to security reasons, he couldn’t meet them earlier, but he would prefer to meet them properly later. He also urged the fans to cooperate with the police and security personnel to avoid any problems.

Due to security reasons, the venue was changed. People who had gathered with Elvish were informed that due to security concerns, they had to change hotels three times in a single day. The large crowd had caused chaos at one location, prompting the need for relocation. Elvish traveled in different vehicles to avoid revealing which one he was in. In Jaipur, a team of more than 100 bouncers is assigned to him. After implementing security measures at five levels, the program had to be reached.
