Dino James Emerges Victorious on ‘Khatro Ke Khiladi 13’ with ₹20 Lakh Prize and Trophy

Rapper Dino James emerged as the winner of the reality show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 13’. In the final showdown, he faced off against Arijit Taneja and Aishwarya Sharma, ultimately defeating them to clinch the title. Dino not only took home the trophy but also won a prize of ₹20 lakhs. In an exclusive conversation with Divya Bhaskar, Dino shared his experiences on the show and discussed various aspects with host Rohit Shetty. Find out what he had to say…

I wasn’t fully prepared to take on this show initially. Winning the trophy brings immense joy. I consider myself lucky. ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi‘ is a huge show, a significant brand. Believe in yourself; I only participated in the show, thinking I’d last just 10-12 days, roam around Cape Town, and then leave. However, I clinched the title in the end, which brings a happiness like no other. This title is very close to my heart, and whenever I look at it, I’ll remember my entire journey.

In the beginning, I was not at all prepared to participate in this show. I had never done any work for TV before. I hadn’t even approached my manager, but he encouraged me to get involved in the show. In the end, it taught me a lesson that there is something more within your mind, and there is something more in reality. What I believed in initially turned out to be the opposite. Everyone on the show showed me a lot of love, and now we have all become like one big family. I cherish those moments a lot.

Every moment spent on the show is special to me.

Host Rohit Shetty’s words meant a lot to me, and besides that, the time I spent with my friends like Shijan Khan, Rohit Roy, Arijit Taneja will always be cherished. I had the opportunity to travel a lot in Cape Town. It feels like I’ve invested in some unforgettable moments even after spending the money.

Rohit Shetty is at his best every time, and I always hold his name in high regard. He makes those around him feel comfortable, which is why he is highly respected. Perhaps, this is why they consistently produce great films, as people can excel under his guidance. His team is also very positive, and whenever they meet him, they show a lot of respect. I believe that apart from Rohit Shetty, no one else can host this show.

Rohit Sir also expressed a desire to work with me. During the shooting, I sang the song ‘Dooriiyaan,’ which impressed Rohit Sir greatly. He encouraged me to write more songs and expressed his interest in collaborating with me. He simply said, This is a big deal for me.

I will never stop doing what I love, no matter where life takes me.

I’m a rapper, and hip-hop runs through my veins. Even though I may explore other things, I’ll never quit hip-hop and rapping. Hip-hop has shaped my life, and I’ll always be grateful to the hip-hop community for embracing me. I’ve created many songs, and I’ll be releasing them in the coming days. Currently, I’m planning a journey through India, which I’ll announce shortly.
