Arjun Bijlani Cyber Fraud: Rs. 40,000 Vanished from Account After Credit Card Hack, Warns of Major Loss If Messages Ignored
Television actor Arjun Bijlani has recently fallen victim to cyber fraud. Hackers managed to access his credit card details and withdrew nearly 40,000 rupees from his account. Upon realizing the cyber fraud, Bijlani promptly informed his bank and had his card blocked. Had he not acted swiftly, the financial loss could have been substantial.
In an interview with Hindustan Times, Bijlani discussed the ordeal. He mentioned that he had his credit card with him while working out at the gym. During a break, he checked his phone to find numerous messages indicating transactions made using his card. Money was being deducted every minute. Even his wife had a card, so he questioned her about any recent card usage. It became clear that the card details had been leaked, and how it happened remained a mystery.
This incident underscores the vulnerability individuals face in the digital age and highlights the importance of securing personal information to prevent such cybercrimes.

In total, about 40 thousand rupees were fraudulently withdrawn from his credit card, which had a limit of 10-12 lakh rupees. Had he not checked his phone, the damage could have been much worse.
