State Government’s Strict Stance: Officers Engaging in Corruption or Irregularities During Probation Period Will Lose Their Jobs
A decision has been made to terminate the employment of officers and employees who engage in corruption and irregularities during the probation period. During this time, if qualities such as integrity, decision-making ability, loyalty, and obedience are lacking, the employment will not be considered satisfactory.
Directive Issued by the State General Administration Department
The State General Administration Department has issued an order stating that guidelines have been published regarding the completion or extension of the probation period for appointed officers or employees. These guidelines include instructions for writing evaluation reports during this service period.
Emphasis on Integrity and Loyalty
To consider probationary services satisfactory, officers or employees are expected to demonstrate various qualities, with a particular emphasis on integrity and loyalty. During this period, all aspects will be assessed to determine whether their probationary period can be deemed satisfactory at a competent level.
Taking these factors into account, if the probationary period is not satisfactory on a prima facie basis, the services of such officers or employees will be terminated with immediate effect. Before issuing long-term orders regarding the completion of their probationary period, these guidelines must be reviewed.
