Tragic Accident Claims 7 Lives from Ahmedabad as Innova Crashes into Trailer on Himatnagar Highway, Bodies Retrieved with Gas Cutter
A tragic accident occurred early this morning near Himatnagar in Sabarkantha district. A car rammed into the rear of a trailer on the highway, resulting in the death of seven people on the spot, while another is in critical condition.
All the passengers in the car were residents of Ahmedabad, and they were traveling from Shamlaji to Ahmedabad. The accident was so severe that the Innova car was completely crushed, and the bodies were trapped inside. As a result, a gas cutter was used to cut the metal of the car to retrieve the bodies.
Car Traveling from Shamlaji to Ahmedabad Crashes Near Himatnagar
Early this morning, an accident occurred near Sahakari Gin in Himatnagar. A car traveling from Shamlaji to Ahmedabad collided forcefully with the rear of a trailer, creating chaos on the highway. One person is currently in critical condition and undergoing treatment.
Deceased Identified as Residents of Ahmedabad
Upon receiving the information, the Himatnagar police rushed to the accident site. It has been revealed that all the deceased were residents of Ahmedabad. According to the police investigation, the Innova car, with registration number GJ01RU0077, was speeding from Shamlaji.
One person survived the accident but is in critical condition and has been shifted to Himatnagar Civil Hospital for treatment. His father arrived at Himatnagar early in the morning from Ahmedabad.

DYSP A.K. Patel provided details about the accident, stating that this morning, on the road from Shamlaji to Himatnagar, an accident occurred between an Innova car and a trailer. The Innova collided with the trailer from the rear.
