German Automaker Mercedes-Benz to Launch EQA Electric SUV in India on July 8
German automaker Mercedes-Benz is set to launch its EQA electric SUV in India on Monday, July 8. The company claims this will be its most affordable electric SUV in the country. The EQA will be available in the 250+ variant.
The upcoming vehicle boasts a range of up to 560 kilometers. Pre-booking for the EQA electric SUV has already started, with buyers able to reserve the car with a token amount of Rs. 1.5 lakh.
The company has yet to reveal the price of this hatchback. The Mercedes-Benz EQA will compete with the Kia EV6, BMW iX1, Volvo C40 Recharge, and Volvo XC40 Recharge.
0-100 kmph Speed in 8.6 Seconds
The motor of this electric SUV is mounted on the front axle, generating a maximum power of 187 bhp and a maximum torque of 385 Nm. This hatchback from Mercedes can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 8.6 seconds, with a top speed of 160 kmph.
Mercedes-Benz EQA: Interior and Exterior Design
The EQA’s exterior will be available in eight different color options: Polar White, Night Black, Cosmos Black, Mountain Grey, High-tech Silver, Spectral Blue, Manufacturer Patagonia Red Metallic, and Manufacturer Mountain Grey Magno. The interior will be available in four color options.

Talking about other features of the Mercedes-Benz EQA, it includes a 10-inch twin screen. The car also offers standard features such as ambient lighting, puddle lamps, illuminated door sills, and a sound system. Additionally, it has a 360-degree camera and parking assistance features.
